The presidency, which rotates annually among the members, will be transferred in the upcoming 20/21 cycle from emz Hanauer GmbH & Co. KGaA, Mr. Franz Forster, to SUSPA GmbH, Mr. Jürgen Walther. At the end of the cycle, we congratulate the 14 trainees for their outstanding achievements in the projects "Innovative Methods of Product Development" and "Digital Workplace".
During the Final Forum, which took place on 11 March 2020 in the City Hotel in Roding, the current trainees were also awarded the new project contracts. These will be prepared by the trainees within one year so that the results can be implemented in the member companies. In the project topics "Implementation of Customer Excellence in Companies" and "Talent Management in the Age of Digital Transformation", the 18 junior employees are looking for answers to current issues in the world of work.
We wish them, as well as our new president Mr. Walther, lots of success for the exciting year which lies ahead!
