Six new trainees at emz

On 1 September we had the pleasure to welcome six new trainees at emz-Hanauer. They include an electronics technician for devices and systems, two mechatronics technicians, two tool mechanics (one man and one woman) and an electronics technician for devices and systems.

After a personal welcome by the head of training and managing director Thomas Hanauer, the trainees were taken on a tour of the company. The trainees then had the opportunity to get to know each other better during a group work session on occupational safety and youth protection.

The works council and the youth and trainee representatives introduced themselves and talked to the trainees about their new tasks. This is the first year that the emz social media team introduced themselves to the new trainees. They used the introductory day to get the trainees on board with social media, especially on the topic of training.

"A good team spirit is very important to us, and we want our trainees to know from the outset that we see ourselves as a friendly company," says head of training Helmut Schönberger.

We wish our new trainees a successful start and we hope that they will enjoy their training at emz!
