It is headed by the group of promoters who each assign a representative from Gerresheimer, SUSPA, Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, Horsch, Grammer, Conrad Electronic, Zollner Elektronik AG and emz-Hanauer for the management level. The GMPs at the next level are executives of the upper hierarchy levels and trainees are the junior staff of the companies.
On Wednesday, 13 March 2019, 14 new trainees received their project orders in the City Hotel Roding for which they have one year to produce results which can later be implemented in the member companies. To this end, the participants are divided into two groups and supported in the methodology by specially trained coaches as well as supervisors responsible for the individual project topics.
With regard to the project topics “Innovative methods of product development” and “Digital workplace”, the new trainees seek solutions to the current workplace issues.
The so-called “final forum” was also attended by a large delegation of emz-Hanauer. In this cycle, the annually rotating presidency passes from Axel Süß of Gerresheimer Regensburg GmbH to Franz Forster of emz-Hanauer GmbH & Co. KGaA.
We congratulate Georg Guldan and Florian Winderl who successfully completed their training this year and wish our new trainees Veronika Rodde and Andreas Hösl as well as our president Franz Forster much success for this exciting year that lies ahead of them!
