The members of the management-team are responsible for the decisions of their departments and together for the corporate success of the emz.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board has been firmly entrenched at emz since 1987 as an important corporate body. Its tasks include:

  • providing the company with a competent external view for the long-term successful shaping of the future and
  • ensuring professional, independent feedback for the management of the company.

The Advisory Board is integrated both in the selection and monitoring of executives, as well as in an advisory function regarding important entrepreneurial decisions for the future.

It consists of external experts who have gained the necessary experience working in leading positions.

Responsible for Siemens for building an ecosystem with cloud and IoT companies, including definition and implementation of the corresponding siemens strategy.
Focal Points: Digital Business models for Smart Cities, IoT Technologies and international business development.
