The members of the management-team are responsible for the decisions of their departments and together for the corporate success of the emz.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board has been firmly entrenched at emz since 1987 as an important corporate body. Its tasks include:

  • providing the company with a competent external view for the long-term successful shaping of the future and
  • ensuring professional, independent feedback for the management of the company.

The Advisory Board is integrated both in the selection and monitoring of executives, as well as in an advisory function regarding important entrepreneurial decisions for the future.

It consists of external experts who have gained the necessary experience working in leading positions.

Former Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, Munich
Main focus: Home Appliances Business Unit, Strategy and Corporate Development, Marketing, Sales & Pricing.

Stephan Schnück

Member of the Advisory Board since 2020
Head of Product and Business Area Development, Zentek Group
Focal points: Environmental and waste management technologies and digital business models for recycling loops

Dr. Daniel Hobohm

Member of the Advisory Board since 2020
Former hedge fund and private equity fund manager, followed by 15 years at Siemens, including Global Head of Digital Partnerships (an ecosystem of leading AI and cloud players for Siemens)
Head of the IoT (Internet of Things) unit (including defining Siemens’ strategy)
Currently Head / CEO of the Fugger Foundations in Augsburg, with business operations in forestry, tourism, real estate, and asset management.
Focus areas: Digital business models, sustainability, family-oriented management, and corporate development
