Zollner Elektronik AG and emz-Hanauer GmbH & Co. KGaA have been founding members of the UNV since 1991, at that time together with Grammer AG and HUECK FOLIEN GmbH. Today, the UNV consists of the association of eight internationally oriented companies - emz-Hanauer GmbH & Co. KGaA, Dehn SE, Gerresheimer AG, HORSCH Maschinen GmbH, Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH, SUSPA GmbH and Zollner Elektronik AG. At the beginning of the year, the company Dichtungstechnik Wallstabe & Schneider GmbH & Co. KG joined the group of companies.
The main objective of the UNV is to train, qualify and promote junior staff and executives through cross-company exchange of knowledge and experience in the form of joint seminars, workshops and meetings of promoters and managing directors in order to strengthen the innovative power of the participating companies in the long term. Since the UNV was founded, a total of 438 trainees, 257 general management program participants and 30 mid-management program participants have been trained.
After the presentation of the certificates to the graduates of the one-year trainee program, another point of the closing forum was the change of the presidency for 2023/2024. Ludwig Zollner, speaker of the executive board of Zollner Elektronik AG and president of the trainee cycle 2022/2023, traditionally passed the presidency on to DEHN SE in the hands of Andreas Hilbich. The tasks of the UNV president include, for example, the organization, handling and supervision of all activities in the company group.
After the presentation of the projects in the new trainee cycle 2023/2024, the successful event was concluded with a joint dinner.
